I've got a multi-page PDF document, an extract out of a catalog. The first page is the left page, the next is the right page, etc.

I need to view the left & right pages side by side, and ticking "Two Pages" in the PDF Display menu option does put them next to each other, but it always assumes that the first page is the cover page, thereby messing up the order for the rest of the document.

Is there any option like in Adobe Reader that allows you to tell it two start off with facing pages right from the beginning?
