Every time I boot up, a file called SegmentFillD.png opens up in Preview. It's not a huge deal, just kind of annoying. I figured that I could delete it and never see it again, but I can't find it in spotlight. I don't know where it's located or how to find out where it's located, which is so annoying because i have the file open and can't manage to delete it. Can anyone give me some advice? I'd much appreciate it-

That is odd according to my spotlight the file should be located

/Developer/Examples/Carbon/SegmentView/Images/SegmentFillD.png

However I wouldn't suggest deleting it, firstly check System Preferences - Accounts - login items. If it is listed there then simply remove it from there.
