I use an app called Papership to manage my PDFs, and Preview to annotate them, but Preview won't let me save annotations to the original document, and instead asks me to duplicate (and then I have to manually rename and move the file...).

The documents are stored and automatically sorted in

~//Library/Containers/com.shazino.papership-osx/Data

However, Papership doesn't care if the papers are modified elsewhere, so is there some sort of permission trick, in order to save to the original? I've used a different app before, where Preview didn't have any problems overwriting the original file.
