Previous iTunes PROTECTED Audio Tracks CORRUPTED?

I've noticed most of my previous iTunes purchases that are Protected (ACC audio file) are corrupted meaning a 4:00 track ends/skips say after 2:45.

I tried contacting Apple but was unable to help. I tried downloading it again since they show up on my Purchase History but it still downloads as Protected Audio.

Any way around this. I can't even burn it to a CD since I sold my iMac for the new Air.
