Hey everybody, first time poster - hope I'm doing this right.

Got a new MacBook Air and I find I don't use my iMac at all anymore. The whole machine was overkill for me anyhow, since I don't do video editing anymore and just write. Specs as follows:

IMAC 27"/4850-512MB

PROCESSOR 065-9233 2.8GHZ QUAD-CORE INTEL CORE I7

MEMORY 065-9266 8GB 1066MHZ DDR3 SDRAM - 2X4GB

HARD DRIVE 065-8407 2TB SERIAL ATA DRIVE

GRAPHICS 065-8981 ATI RADEON HD 4850 512MB

OPTICAL DRIVE 065-9410 8X DOUBLE-LAYER SUPERDRIVE

I'd be selling it in the original packaging with magic mouse, wireless keyboard, and original documentation as well - plus, it still has almost two years of AppleCare left on it. It is in perfect condition.

Any recommendations on what to price it at?

Reminder, as per MacRumors forum rules, I'm not posting it for sale here - please don't PM me with offers. Thanks for understanding!

UPDATE: I realize I did the Price Advice header incorrectly - does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks!

I would say around $1,300-$1,550, give or take $100. The fact it has AppleCare still is a huge plus. You could squeeze $1,650 maybe on eBay before fees or $1,500 local Craigslist, possibly.
