Hi,

Does anyone know based on the past if Apple will bring down the prices of refurbs when the new macbooks are introduced? I really want to buy an aluminum 2.4 ($1299) and would be willing to wait if Apple cuts the sale price of the 2.4 refurb to $1199.00.

Thanks

Apple is now listing the $1299 2.4 as OUT OF STOCK. I guess I'll have to wait to buy one now.:(

They should be cut down a tiny bit, but give Apple a few days to cut the prices!

I doubt that the prices are going to drop. Even after the nVidia WhiteBooks came out, Apple still found it suitable to charge around $850 for a refurbished Intel WhiteBook.

Macmall will 100% have lower prices though on the older models, at least $100-$200
