Price Drop

Apples notebooks are rumored to be dropping in price soon but what about the iMac line? Wouldn't a lot more people switch from PC to Mac if the cost was lower? Is it possible that iMac prices will go down anytime soon?

I agree.
More and more people are using their notebooks as primary computers.
So it would make since to lower the price of both.
Well, the low end iMac isn't expensive at all.
What they should do is just drop the price in all MB, iMac, and MBA (just my opinion) by a couple hundred.

EDIT - I noticed that the high end MacBook Air went down a few hundred dollars

I've not seen any rumor of a price drop. Apple generally doesn't drop prices. They introduce new models and keep the prices the same, for the most part.

Why should Apple drop prices? Macs are selling at a rate not seen in many years.
