Price of MBP ram..likely to drop?

Hi..would like to know if the price of ram for MBPs is high now, or if it's going to be at about the same level. I would like to add 1g to my MBP, and can afford to wait a few months. However, if the price isn't likely to drop at all, I might as well take the hit and get it now.
 
There were some rumblings awhile back that prices may drop after the holidays. I haven't heard anything lately, so I don't know if that's still the expectation.
 
you can always buy good 3rd party RAM (Samsung, Corsair, Crucial, Kingston) and install it yourself
 
Sorry..should've been more specific..I was talking about the price of third party ram. I'm already in possession of a stock 15" MBP :)
