iPad Print from ipad pro 3rd gen

I am trying to print from my new iPad Pro (2018). I don't have wifi at home; the iPad is LTE-connected. So I can't use Airprint.

1. I've read that iPads do not support USB printing. Is this true?
2. Can I connect to a printer via Bluetooth?
3. Are there any other options?
