Print iCal calendar on A3 paper

Hi guys
I want to print my iCal calendar on A3 paper size, but when trying to print I don't find the A3 size option, I dont want to scale the A4 into A3. I read somewhere that there used to be the A3 size option, why did apple remove it, any ideas how to print on A3?
