Print Screen Keys Stopped Working After Installing Boot Camp 2.1

Alt + F14 worked to do a print screen until I installed Boot Camp 2.1. I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 on a macmini.
I was using Boot Camp 2.0. Now even if I remove boot camp and reinstall 2.0 my keys will not regain functionality. I have uninstalled all the drivers from add/remove programs and installed Boot Camp 2.0 again but have still had no success. Does anyone have any ideas how I can regain key functionality for things like print screen?
System Restore is turned of BTW.
