how do I get a print screen in mac???

is it possible to do that when running windows??

Like take a screen shot?

For the whole screen:
Shift + Apple (or 'Command') + 3

For an entire 'window':
Shift + Command + 4 + spacebar

For an area as defined by the mouse cursor (meaning you):
Shift + Command + 4

no, but you can use 'shift + print scrn' and then open paint, or word, or word pad or whatever and right click 'paste' or 'ctrl + v' to do a screen grab. silly windows...

print screen button on my mac. I meant for when windows is running on my macbook. from time to time I need to use one or two programs on the windows partition, so I want to know how to prnt screen over there when the macbook keyboard lacks that key. thanks !
