Print shots onto paper FCP

Hey I need to print 1 frame from each shot on my timeline in final cut pro. Is there any easy way of doing this? Im printing it on paper, not film btw. I need it to create a storyboard style thing.

Place the Timeline playhead on the frame you want to export. Got to File->Export->Using QuickTime Conversion. In the Format drop-down menu, choose Still Image. In the Options drop-down menu, choose the file type.

Note: some video formats use rectangular pixels so you may need to adjust the pixel aspect ratio in Photoshop after exporting from FCP.
