I've been looking online for awhile trying to find the best way I could print to eps. For example, in Windows, you could create a picture/diagram using either powerpoint, visio, word, etc., and print to file (using a postscript printer) and save as .eps.

I need the file to be in .eps format to be used in Latex. So having it as jpeg, and then converting into .eps format would not work. Also, trying to save the file as pdf, and then converting to .eps hasn't work for me either.

Does anyone know if there is a way on OS X, where you can print to file in .eps format? Or is the only way, to use parallels and run windows?

Thanks!
