I need to be able to print from my home printer, so I installed the MFL-Pro suite that came with it, and it prints just fine. But, if you've ever used the MFL-Pro suite, you know how problematic it is. Whenever I log out of my account and log on later, the suite fails to load and comes up with an error message, "the application LOGINserver quit unexpectedly...", so I just got rid of the suite, thinking I could just download the printer drivers from their site. I tried their site, but when I installed the drivers, it was as if nothing happened, and no driver was installed. So then I thought I could just install the MFL-Pro suite, and then keep the drivers, but delete the suite. That didn't work, and I couldn't print anymore. Can someone help here? I've spent a couple hours trying to figure this out and can't. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok, figured it out. For anyone else having this problem, I just went and downloaded the drivers from their site again, but I had to add them in System Prefs -> Printers, and now it prints fine. As soon as I post this thread, I find the solution.
