Printer drivers in Jaguar

Hi everybody.

Anyone has tried to use a Canon multipass C75 fax/printer with a Mac ?
I seem to remember reading somewhere that it was possible to use some generic Unix drivers available on the web, for some printers that do not support our wonderful machines running OS X.

Anybody has such experience, or ideas ?
