A Little place i Call Terra
So, I connected my printer up, and found out it doesn't work in SL.
I have a HP Deskjet F4100 series printer. And I just found out that there isn't any drivers for it.:(

So, is there any work around, as this is the best printer in the house, and I really don't want to work off the Vista machine.

And, could anyone hazard a guess at how long it would take them for new drivers? This year?

(Great excuse for college. "I couldn't print any work off, as Snow Leopard didn't support my printer.)

If you have a PC with Vista hooked up to it, perhaps the "Printing via a shared PC printer" tutorial at the top of this forum section may work. (Disclaimer: I have never done this)

Thanks, It definitely a work around. Though the Vista is downstairs, and my printer upstairs. I could use the printer connected to the vista, but honestly its not as good.

Still, maybe my printer has drivers for Vista :p
(Still, annoying as I got the printer along with my macbook last year from apple with the £60 rebate deal)
