Im EVERYWHERE!
i hooked up my hp 3200 laserjet printer and added it to the printer list, however when i print nothing actually gets put on the pages excpet the last one which says at the top:
%!PS-Adobe-3.0
%RBINumCopies:1
%%Pages: (atend)
%Apl_DSC_Encoding:UTF 8
%%TitleB
i really need to get this working as i have a school project i need to print! please if you know how to help please advise em asap! please!

I don't know what that means, but I would like to ask how you added it to the printer list.

When I've hooked up printers to my Macs, all I do is plug it in and it shows up by itself. It's really plug and play, or plug and print in this case.

Maybe it's worth a shot to try this:

1. Unplug the printer.
2. Remove the printer in System Preferences. Close System Preferences.
3. Plug in the printer.
4. Try to print something without doing any manual configuration.

Umm, what you're looking at is PostScript. Usually that gets interpreted by the printer driver into a layout which is what actually gets printed...the fact that you're seeing raw output means you have a serious driver problem.

Most likely, you're not using the correct driver. Did you try downloading a new one from the HP website? Try this:

yeah i donwloaded it,same problem :-(

I've tried printing to printers shared via windows from my mac many times. Pretty much it doesn't work. I download the new drivers, whatever I can think of. It doesn't work. I've even tried downloading third party drivers, like gimp-print. Forget it, at least with old laser printers like I've been trying to use.
