Printer HP 7150 only printing in 'normal' mode

Hi, i have a problem, i installed a hp photosmart 7150 on my mac mini no probs, but I cannot see any option to change print quality settings. I use this for proofs so need the quality at its best setting, but cannon find the option in the hp printer utility if there is one. Thanks in advance for any help
