Printer Model Canon MP470.

Hi, i hope someone can help me with this problem. i've been researching for days and had done everything i could.First, i setup a share printer on my vista (i'm using the LPD configuration). then i've done the configuration on mac, the problem is that i can't find the printer on the printer model list. my printer is canon mp470.(i did install the driver from the cd). i believe that the problem is because that my printer's driver is not on the list so the share printer on vista can't print.

What about the mac drivers on the downloads tab of http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/c...ategoryid=116&modelid=15403#DownloadDetailAct ?

install that driver from their website too, no lucky so far.
