I am running a Windows app on Parallels on my new iMac 27in with 32gb ram. I need to print 2 copies of each page (each is a separate bill for different companies), collated so that all pages print in order and then they all print a second time (paper is stacked so the first set prints on a particular form and the second set is on a different paper). The printer is HP Envy Photo 7855 and worked perfectly from my Dell (and any other device we send from).

Instead, it is printing the first page, then sucking the paper back in to print that same first page on the back again. Somewhere in the settings it seems to think I want to print on both sides, but this option is not showing up for me to change. Plus, each of the pages is a separate document, not like a multi-page document that you would want printing front and back.

The settings for adjusting this are not showing up where I can find them. Any suggestions on how I can solve this problem?

Thanks.

UPDATE: I found the solution. Since everything else was printing fine, it took me a while to consider the printer driver. I updated that and everything seems to be printing just fine now.
