Hello. I recently set up my older canon printer to my 2020 iMac via usb set up. I did a test print and it worked fine. There are three users on the iMac, myself, my wife and my daughter. My wife tried to print something from her user account and it just keeps saying “searching for printer” and never finds it or prints. So I went it my account to try and it printed fine. Can anyone help me out and let me know if there is a reason why this is happening and if there is a fix? Thanks a lot.

When you setup the accounts, how did you set them up? When you set it up did you say to you only or group? Plus each user must have the driver install on their account to setup to use this printer! Plus did setup the printer just yourself or the group of people on your Mac!
