I am trying to print wirelessly to a printer. I am running OS X 10.7.3 and printing to a Dell 2155cn Color printer. Every time I try to print something, the printer is paused and I have to unpause it. Also, the print job remains in the queue regardless if it is printer or not so I have to delete the print job from the queue after restarting the printer. What do I need to do to make sure the printer doesn't go to pause every time after I print something?

Does this problem happen if you attach the computer to the printer via a USB cable? (Trying to isolate if this is a driver issue or not.)

Yes, the problem still exists when connecting via USB
