Hi.
I have an Epson Stylus C64 connected via USB to an eMac running 10.3.9. Another Windows 2000 machine connects to a router and prints to the Epson printer. I have the printer in the Windows machine installed with an Internet port as follows:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:631/printers/EPSON_Stylus_C64_usbtb
The problem arises when the Win box tries to print and the printer is off. The documents remain in the Windows print queue and, after turning on the printer, it's impossible to print them. The Windows machine can't start the printer, cancel or stop the documents it has created. It says: "Access denied."
Mac OS X has printer sharing activated and it has an admin account for the corresponding Windows account.
Can anyone tell me if there is anyway for the Windows machine to have complete access to his printer queue?
