Printer server software

Basically I want to run some print monitoring software on a mac osx 10.5 that can track different users and quantites. I realise that this can come with os x server, but was just wondering if there are any good 3rd party apps any one could suggest. Useful Print server software basically.

sorry I mean, basically I want to set up a printer on a mac at a school. So that the kids can print to it from the other macs in the lab. this way we can set up accounts for the kids and charge each accordingly. Any ideas?

Printer monitor, not print server

You don't want printer server software, you want printer monitor software. Take a look at PaperCut NG.
