I am trying to figure out how to capture a document that this company had me install in order to print a PDF. Basically the software allows for printing without showing you the Print screen, nor does the print icon show up to show what the printer is doing.

Normally I like to make copies of everything I print electronically to save for documentation purposes. Is there a way to capture this file that I have no control over being sent to the printer?

What do you mean by "had me to install"?
What is the name of this mysterious software?

The only info I have is the file name which is called MacPrinter.dmg

You cannot view the form, it is only a link that says print form. When I click the print form, it sends it directly to the printer without being able to change print settings like quality, landscape, number of copies, etc. straight to the printer. I can't even right click and save as, nothing. It by passes all configurations...

You don't need to repeat what you have already said. You ignored my more important question: Why did you install this print driver? What would have happened had you not installed it?

it doesn't print, it says "You do not have the proper software installed"
