I recently bought an iMac (10.5.3) and transferred my old PC as a virtual machine using parallel. I am trying to connect the printer (Brother NFC) and it won't print from the windows. This is what I've done so far (after looking for the answer over the web):
1. the windows (XP ) recognizes the printer and has the driver (since it is a copy of the old PC). It also worked one time when I started using it.
2. I connected the USB to the virtual machine through the configure. As a sign, the Mac says that the printer is "offline".
after doing that, the printer is still "offline" on the windows (and the Mac as well ! ). So I get offline on both operating systems and nothing works...
