Printer works in only 1 program when running Parallels

I have a Brother MFC-465CN. When I first got it, I was able to print from any program on the Windows XP side. Now, it will only print from Quicken and none of the other Windows programs. I also have 2 windows laptops that will not work with the printer. It is connected to a wireless network. It still prints from all Mac applications and my son's MacBook. Anyone have any ideas why I cannot get it to print on the windows computers? I have gone through all of the Windows help steps and still nothing works.
