Printers printing 2x3"

Hey folks.

I saw the new Polaroid Pogo and the fact that it prints 2x3" pictures and was wondering if all printers could print 2x3" prints before I buy the paper. I have a Canon Pixma ip1800 if it matters. Thanks folks!
