I am new to Mac. I got a MacPro retina recently.
I have downloaded my existing printer's both the scan and pinter drivers. The printer works fine.
I tried to uninstalled the MFC-J415W drivers because I try to install the CD so that I could have the printer's easy way of managing the printer's works and scan since it has a monitor icon that can scan pdf, jpg or other images which the control monitor allows me to do that.
I can't do both the uninstalling - I don't know where there are despite having known that to uninstall is to drag and drop from the application (utilities? None exist for printer) - others at Finder does not allow drag & drop.
Further, I have downloaded/installed the scanner driver and I cannot find where the scanning icon and the printer's icon at the bottom doesn't works as others - what happen to this printer's icon? I put it to the right side-bottom. I forgotten where I drag that from!
Anyway, how to uninstall whole of printer and install my existing CD so that I can install the control monitor as required. By the way, why does the CD cannot works while not the drivers are in installed (must that be uninstalled that only works for the CD)?
