Hello,

I have just purchased an imac OS 10.6.7 and am trying to get away from my PC

Having a problem with Printers (amongst other things).

Following how to connect to a network printer - but when asked for the ip address - which computer am I looking for and where would I find the ip address.

Any clues would be much appreciated.

No, you are not looking for a computer's IP address, you are looking for the printer's IP address. Now, if you have a shared printer that is connected to another computer, then you need the IP address of the computer that the printer is connected to.

If you ask additional questions, then please state how you have your printer setup.
