Is there simple-ish way to print out (and/or digitally save) several hundred text messages sent on my iphone and/or my MacBook over many years time between me and another iphone user?

PhoneView for the Mac allows you to export an entire Messages conversation as a PDF! $30 for the full version.

Just curious: are you a paralegal? I used to get a bunch of these requests when I was a VZW employee in my youth. Back then, it was taking hundreds of screenshots and inserting them into a Word document, which was a fair amount of billable hours.

I'm not. This is just for personal interest.

Thanks. Ideally there is something for free, but would pay if need be.

I was about to ask if this was for a legal case, lol

I used to do this for my job. I used to get orders in through Messages. On your iPhone/iPad, hold down on one message, then tap "More." Then select whatever messages you want (several hundred might take a while). Tap the arrow in the bottom corner and it'll start a new message thread. Copy/Paste that message into Pages or whatever app and print.

On a Mac, just highlight and select the text as you would in any other app, copy/paste from there.
