Although it is not the best i know but i need to print off a number of messages that i send via Outlook. My problem is that if i have sent an attachment with the message it does not show that it has been sent on the printed version. is there a way to solve this?

Do you mean it doesn’t show that a file was attached or it doesn’t show the contents of attachment (if applicable)?
I tested in Outlook at can see it mentions the attachment under the Date in the header.

It doesn't show either. I'd like it to show the file name of the attachment but just to show there IS an attachment would help. Definitely doesn't come up under my date. Do you know what settings you have for it to do that?

Not sure then; there don’t appear to be any options and it’s not something I’ve ever played around with. Here’s a screenshot to show what I mean. Is this the kind of thing you want or are you after something else?

This is exactly what i'm trying to achieve. I think i'm going to have to get a Mac tech in to have a go at it and see if there's something under preferences that i can't see to use.
Really appreciate your follow ups though. i haven't use this forum before but certainly will now that i know you guys are so ready to help.
