I'm looking to print the results of a search for messages (i.e. all the messages from a particular sender) out to have paper records of them. There are approximately 300 messages I need to print. I can't seem to find a way to print them all in one click (actually, save them to PDF or some other format, since I have to bring the files to a different computer to print). When I select a number of messages in Mail, it gives me a dialog box to print each one individually - this will take forever. Ideally, I just want to consolidate them into a single PDF file for printing, or some other format.

I've struggled with this forever and I can't figure it out for the life of me. Can anyone provide some help?

Thanks!

I can't think of an easy way to do this from within Mail, off the top of my head, but you might look into setting up an Automator action. Even if it does take a long time, you could at least start it and walk away.
