Printing from Address Book not working

I can't print from Address Book. I need to print an envelope but when I select Print nothing happens. There is no print Window. I have tried closing/restarting but still nothing. Is anyone else unable to print in Address Book?

Could anyone try this and confirm if it is a bug (or a isolated problem) so I could report it.

I rebooted today and still no print in Address Book. Does anyone have an idea as to what I can do to get it working?

I really need to print several envelopes. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get printing working in Address Book. For instance: Can I delete the program and is there a way to reinstall it?
