Printing from all browsers shrinks on page

A few months ago a problem spontaneously developed that causes anything I try to print from a browser to shrink to about 1/5 its proper size. The issue isn't constant, but it is frequent. It manifests whether I print from Firefox or Safari. Sometimes a reboot solves it for a while, sometimes it doesn't.

I should also add that this problem persists across multiple printers (three different printers). I've also used my wife's MB at the same time with the same printers to rule out a printer issue. The problem does not happen with her machine.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve it?
