Printing from MacBook Pro

I am having trouble printing from my MacBook Pro. I can print most things but when it comes to printing an email or via a link on a page 'print' it just previews and prints a blank page. I dont know why or what I have done to make it this way any help very gratefully received because I have resorted to print screen which really is not sufficient

Can you tell us what version of the operating system you are using? What program are you trying to print from? What printer are you using? Have you checked to make sure that your drivers are up to date? Has it always behaved this way, or is it a recent problem only?

Sounds like a driver issue. Did your printer come with a disc?
