Printing in black and white ONLY?

My color ink is out and I only have black ink. I need to print out tickets. How can I set my printer to print in black and white only??? I have an HP printer the ones they give you in the apple store.

When you are ready to print go to the "Quality & Media" submenu and check "Grayscale Printing"

When the Print box opens, make sure that the blue button next to the Printer name is clicked to open the box to it's full size. You maybe able to choose Black and White(if available for your printer) in the Print options. In this example I would click on the Layout bar to access those options:
