No matter what I print in...Word or something from the internet it only fills 1/6 of the paper rather than the entire page. Have tried everything i can think of.....any suggestions on what to do??? Thanks

Printing issue: everything prints on 1/6 of paper??!!

look at the settings for "paper handling" --> "destination paper size" before printing
the standard is "letter" size or for me "US letter" size
You have probably got a printing 'Preset' saved. Every time you print, it always goes back to the last used preset.
If you just want normal full page printing, just go to Standard (in 'Presets' in the the Printing window). If that doesn't fix it, well it may be something to do with your Page Setup (in 'File') or more rarely, you may have somehow botched up your printer setup.
