I have a Canon ip3000 printer and Powerbook G4. I'm having a lot of difficulty in printing 4x6 prints (maybe other types as well, such as wallet size). The printer prints word docs and web pages without a problem, but when I try to print a 4x6 either borderless or with a border I am having problems. Usually only one section of the print shows up on the 4x6. Sometimes it looks good in the preview mode. Even when it does I don't get a decent printout.

Sometimes I get a message like: "The specified (photo size) is too large. The maximum size is: 4.01x4.44 inch"

Is anyone familiar with the proper way to set up the ip3000 to get 4x6 prints successfully? I get the same thing from iphoto as well.

Thanks.
