Printing on Imac

Can someone come up with any suggestions, I have been trying to print to my canon ip6700d printer on my Imac, I have it set to print out 8x10 on an a4 sheet but the print keeps turning out 6 x 4. I just can't seem to get the print size I want. I have downloaded the only new driver canon has and that is feb 2011. I don't want to have to buy another new printer just to get updated drives.

I'd try deleting the printer and reinstalling from the software on the website or cd that came with it and see if you have any better luck that way
