but i thought people here might be able to help
I've got my mac, phaser 740, and win box plugged into a linksys router (w/ 4 port switch). anyways I set the IP address on my printer and I got printing all set up between my mac (running X.1.3) and it, set up as a LPR host, but windows REFUSES to connect to it using the supplied IP addy when I try to set it up as a network printer using http (HTTP is activated on the phaser). I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong.....can anybody help me? this sure goes to show though that things are damn easier on a mac
edit: nevermind I got it...damn thing prints slower than OS 9 did...
