Is there a way I can print over the internet to my home computer. My laptop is running 10.2.6 while my desktop is running 10.3.1. I want to be able to print from my laptop to my desktop over the internet. I can connect to my shared drives over the internet, but have not found a way to share my printer over the internet. I am running through a NAT firewall (not sure if I need to disable ports for printer). Any info will help.

Printer sharing says that they have to be on the same subnet for Mac OS X to Mac OS X sharing. Those are ports 631 and 515.

If you go UNIX to UNIX with CUPS, you can share a printer, but you have to go to Print & Fax preferences to set up the remote printer there.

There was quite a bit of information available through Help Viewer.
