Hey everyone - have a question about printing.

Have a 2019 16" MBP running Catalina 10.15.6. When purchased back in July I setup my wireless printer (HP 5055) and everything seemed ok - i.e. printed from Microsoft Word, etc.

Today I'm trying to print from Preview (PDF file) and page is blank. Files that printed previously in Word are now blank (no text). If I insert an image into Word the image prints - just no text. If I open Pages and select a default template it prints fine. Printing from Numbers shows graphics only - no text.

Printer is listed on AirPrint list - checked all printer settings, cartidge levels ok, etc. Mac OS is up to date. I reset the printer (including restarting it) but the pages do not print text?

This is my first Mac - so I'm probably missing something obvious but could use some help.

Thanks
