Printing selected text to standard format

Directly above the center of the Earth.
I have a standard time card (3 1/2 X 5 1/2) that I want to print to. The text is identical week to week. I can't figure out how to save the text only so that I can print to the card. I have PDFPenPro, which I used to place the text in the appropriate places on the time card. This is what I want it to look like when done.
