Printing specific pages from PDF documents

Sometimes I want to print specific pages from a PDF document; for instance pages 1,2,7,14,15,21,44 and 62 but there's no obvious way I can see how this can be done.
Is it possible somehow?

In Preview go to the view menu and make sure that thumbnails is checked. In the side bar select the different pages that you want to print by holding down Command and clicking on the appropriate pages, you should see a grey highlight around each of the pages that you select. Now go to print your document……..in the print dialogue select the option under Pages that says “Selected Page in Sidebar”.
