Recently our Brother MFC-9840CDW has stopped printing.
The item just sits in the printing queue forever while it says "Looking for printer".
And the status button on the printer never actually flashes like it did before when we'd print something.

We have not changed any settings recently, it's connected to our TC's network.
Before we could only print if we were connected to that network also,
But now it doesn't seem to work at all either way.

We just reset it to factory settings, re-entered the info for the network to connect to,
and it's still not working... does anyone know why?

Kind Regards

Printing with the Brother MFC-9840CDW

Turn off the power to the printer. After a few minutes turn the printer back on and the computer should find the printer and print for you again.

If the connection is wireless, make sure your AirPort is on and properly connected to your home network.
