When iphone4 email thru exchange how to set up email priority alerts? Can you create unique tones or red font? And will it pop up on the screen when user is in an data app like syclo?

When iphone4 email thru exchange how to set up email priority alerts? Can you create unique tones or red font? And will it pop up on the screen when user is in an data app like syclo?

There may be something like that if you JB, or maybe an app from the app store, but there is nothing like that from the stock mail app.
