"Prison Break": problem with iTunes?

I have a season pass to PB (Season 2). Its now 2-Days since the latest episode aired ("John Doe", #14 this season), it was posted yesterday BUT I’m still unable to download it! Instead, I get the message that the episode hasn’t been added to my account. I contacted Apple, and got the following reply:

Generally, the television networks provide Apple with the latest episode of each show within 24 hours of the original air time. Occasionally, there can be a delay with the Season Pass downloads.
You can rest assured that Apple is working to make this episode available on the iTunes Store as soon as possible.

I’m on the road and around the planet most of the time, so web-streams are unavailable to me and I like the iTunes/iPod solution

OK, its now Thursday morning and the episode just became available - almost two days after it shoulda been released to the iTunes community
