Last week I was trying to take an online test for my teaching credential where the proctor takes control of your machine remotely through screen recording etc...
Whenever the proctor and I tried to enable the permissions for the transaction through the privacy and security options on my computer things wouldn't work. All of the the "switches" to enable the permission showed that everything should be good, but for some reason it wouldn't work. I didn't think anything of it, and through it was software related, but then when I was trying to get tech support tonight from adobe, they tried to do the same thing and again the screen recording while being allowed was not working.
At the same time another problem started occurring where my Adobe creative cloud to crash whenever I try to open it. Every time I go to open creative cloud the icon shows up in the upper right task bar of the computer briefly but then disappears and I cannot open it. If I go to activity monitor I can see there are parts of the app still running but I cannot open the app or access light room.
Very frustrating wondering if anyone has any tips. I restarted the computer, re-downloaded the OS, clicked the permissions on and off, and pretty much everything I could think of. Anyone have any thoughts?
